Based upon your requirements, our team will source the right people. All our candidates have more than 4 years of experience in their field, they are able to travel quickly and flexible about where you would want them to work.

Should you wish us to source candidates for you, the process goes as follows:

• Based on the job specification, given by you, we select a number of candidates
• We will pass on the CVs of the candidates to you
• We arrange on line interviews with each of the candidates
• Based on the result of the interviews, you make job offers to the candidate(s) selected by you
• Candidate will then apply for a visa. This could take up to 8 weeks
• You will need to find accommodation
• Upon arrival in your country, an application for a residence permit will be made

3. These applications are done by a lawyer of your choice
4. Flight ticket (return)
