All companies, that want to work in The Netherlands, need to be registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel, KvK).

Requirements:

• Translated (English or Dutch) memorandum and articles of the company
• ID of representative
• A form 11, filled out and signed by the representative in front of the KvK employee or Dutch notary

You will then be registered and automatically receive a Tax Identification Number.
