Recruitment has been in our blood for more than 30 years. Starting in The Netherlands, later to the UK, Germany, now further east in  lot of European countries. And for some professions, we have our own recruiters in African and Asian countries.

In order for us to find you the right candidate, we need a complete job description, since candidates need to have a good idea of what to expect.

Which aspects are important?

  1. A full description of the job. Pictures or even videos are more than welcome
  2. Diplomas, licences required
  3. Language requirements
  4. Type of contract: temporary, permanent employment?
  5. Salary
  6. Secondary employment conditions, such as overtime, holiday pay, paid holidays
  7. Cost of accommodation and transport
