I work in Europe is seeking a skilled recruiter to identify and engage top talent from Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to find candidates who meet specific profiles and present them to our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Target and recruit candidates from specified European countries.

Identify candidates with specific skill sets and qualifications as required by our clients.

Gather comprehensive CVs and motivation letters from candidates.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in recruiting European candidates.
– Strong ability to identify and evaluate candidate profiles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
