Cook A-B-C for 5 star hotel in Greece
Our client is a 75 room 5 star hotel on one of the Greek islands. The hotel has its own à la carte restaurant.
Role Overview
Cook A is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting with inventory control.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensuring food items are prepared to meet quality standards and are presented according to menu specifications
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in assigned workstations
- Assisting in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and informing Cook A or kitchen management of low supplies
- Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Working in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assisting in the organization and storage of food ingredients according to safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality, or the luxury industry
- Α Bachelor’s degree in Culinary
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nett salary 1.250 euro per month plus overtime and tips for Cook A and B
