Incorporation of a Greek company

Proper review of all corporate documents & certificates
related to the mother company (foreign entity)

• Trade name’s duly registration & approval (name
  validation & distinctive title of the GreekCo)
• Drafting of the Articles of Association (Statutes) of the
  subsidiary (GreekCo) in consultation with its
  shareholder(s)
• Drafting of the corporate resolution(s) needed for the
  GreekCo’s duly establishment
• Drafting of the Power of Attorney (PoA) required to be
  provided by the mother company to us under our capacity
  as your legal advisors & local accountant for the
  establishment’s implementation
• Collaboration with all related Greek public authorities and
  third parties (e.g. accountants) regarding the collection of
  the required certificates/documents and duly submission
  thereof
• Supervising of all related actions/formalities regarding the
  duly registration of the GreekCo with the Greek public
  authorities (corporate registry, tax & social security
  authorities)
• Legal assistance with respect to the GreekCo’s bank
  account opening (drafting of the required corporate
  resolutions/documents, communications with the bank
  etc.)
