The work involves operating and setting of the following CNC centres: Okuma LB 45 with OSP-P-200-L controls AND an Okuma LU 25 with OSP-U-100-L controls (candidates must work on both centres).
Candidates must have relevant experience with the mentioned centres (or similar), be able to work from drawing and have knowledge of inches. All work at this client is done in 3-shifts.
The company is based in Roosendaal (The Netherlands) and mainly produces mechanical (shaft)seals for pumps. Long term contract for the right people. Start: a.s.a.p.
To have own transport (car preferably) is a bonus because there will not always be (affordable) accommodation available close to the company.
We will find accommodation for you. For the initial period this is normally a guesthouse, room in a shared house etc. and prices vary between 18 and 28 euro p/night which you have to pay for yourself.
Regarding travel to The Netherlands we like you to arrange and pay for your flight/ferry yourself. After 80 hours of work we will pay a maximum of 100 Euro’s back towards the costs for your travel (inclusive ferry/flight, train/petrol etc). For this we need a flight or ferry booking, petrol receipts, train tickets etc. Without receipts we can not reimburse anything.
All candidates must speak/understand the English language to at least a reasonable level. If you speak/understand (some) Dutch as well this is of course a bonus.
Maybe this information is helpful regarding salary information but it’s just as an example.
The net wages (so after tax etc.) will be as following:
For the first 38 hours worked (basic work hours per week) in 3 shifts and over 5 days the NET pay is approximately 450-500 Euro per week, inclusive shift allowance and 16 km travel compensation (16 km per worked day is maximum).
This is based on an hourly gross rate of 16,25 Euro per hour, inclusive 25% shift allowance (13,00 Euro gross p/h without shift allowance).
If you work more then 38 hours per week, this are the overtime percentages: overtime hours 39 and 40: 143 % / Overtime above 40: 162 % / Saturday & Sunday hours: 200 %.
In addition to all the above and the mentioned wages, starters will also build up reservations (8,69%) for holiday days (paid out when you take actual days off) + will be entitled to sick pay (if sick longer then 2 days) + after 26 weeks of work, all workers start to build a funds for their retirement with “StiPP retirement funds” (that is 2.6 % of the gross wage and it is paid by the employer; after 78 weeks of working, the workers start building Plus retirement, which costs the worker 4.0 % and the employer 8.0 %).
Further all starters must have Dutch health insurance, if you haven’t got this yet, we can insure you for this at a cost of 19,60 Euro per week, which will be deducted from your wages. If you already have a Dutch health insurance, you need to send us the details inclusive a copy of proof of the insurance.
Keep in mind that the NET wage will be different if you work 38 hours is less then 5 days for example etc. (tax is different on overtime hours). The above mentioned is only based on when you work the standard 38 hours over 5 days.
